There are 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments available. Residents note that the maintenance staff are friendly and have amazing skills. One nice thing about Franklin Landings is it’s adjacent to Mine Brook which provides a quiet and peaceful natural barrier to the west side of the apartment.

Glenn Meadow is also on beautiful grounds, surrounded by lush trees and green lawns. 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are available. There are no 3-bedroom apartments at Glenn Meadow.

- Franklin State Forest - A beautiful lush forest with hiking and horseback riding trails. One of the best reasons to live in Franklin. It's great for clearing one's mind and getting out in nature and best of all..it's within walking distance!
- Foxborough / Gillette Stadium - If you're a New England Patriots fan, then you're in luck! Franklin is only a 17-minute drive to the stadium.
