One important part of living in a new apartment or rental is being able to have electricity, water and gas ready to go the day you move in. CL Boston Property Management helps new tenants get their utilities started BEFORE they move in so there’s no waiting for power or other utilities to turn on.
We provide routine maintenance to all our properties, FOUR times a year. From new screens to roof inspections, all the properties we manage stay in excellent condition year-round. We provide online rent collection to make it easy for everyone to pay and receive monthly rent payments. We encourage our property owners to use electronic rent collection since it makes accounting easier and reduces disputes between renters and owners (for instance, people may leave cash in an envelope that gets lost or stolen).
If your occupants face plumbing, electrical or any kind of repair needs - whether it’s in the middle of the night or on Super Bowl Sunday, we’re here to take care of their problems at a moment’s notice. We have a dedicated team of electricians, plumbers and contractors in the Boston area that can respond quickly to any type of rental-related emergencies.
We’re not finished until your tenant has moved out, we’ve done our final inspection, made repairs and settled the deposit. Our tenant management service starts two weeks before move in and continues years later when they finally move out.
